FundiCase provides non-recourse pre-settlement funding to individuals who have an active legal claim and are represented by an attorney.

This funding is designed to help cover everyday living expenses while a case is pending, so financial pressure does not force an early or unfair settlement.

This is not a loan. Repayment is required only if the case is successfully resolved. If there is no recovery, the client owes nothing.

    • Funds are advanced based on the merits of the legal claim, not credit score or employment status

    • There are no monthly payments

    • Repayment occurs only after a successful settlement or judgment

    • All terms, fees, and repayment amounts are fully disclosed in writing before funding is provided

    • Funding is provided with attorney acknowledgment

  • FundiCase LLC may review funding requests for a variety of civil matters, including but not limited to:

    • Slip and fall claims

    Approval is not guaranteed and depends on case-specific factors.
